۱) ماهیت سرویس

BlueGate اشتراک دسترسی VPN ارائه می‌کند. هر اشتراک یک «پلن» مشخص دارد: مدت اعتبار (روز)، سقف ترافیک (گیگابایت) و در برخی پلن‌ها محدودیت تعداد آی‌پی/دستگاه همزمان. لینک اشتراک و کانفیگ بلافاصله پس از خرید تحویل داده می‌شود.

۲) حساب و امنیت

مسئولیت امنیت حساب تلگرام و دستگاه‌های شما با خودتان است. هر عملیاتی که از حساب شما انجام شود، انجام‌شده توسط شما محسوب می‌شود. لینک اشتراک و کانفیگ مانند رمز عبور است؛ آن را در اختیار دیگران قرار ندهید — اشتراکی که لینکش پخش شود ممکن است بدون اخطار غیرفعال شود.

۳) استفاده مجاز و منصفانه

استفاده از اشتراک فقط برای اهداف قانونی و مصرف شخصی مجاز است. موارد زیر ممنوع است:

• فروش مجدد، اشتراک‌گذاری عمومی یا واگذاری اشتراک به دیگران
• حملات سایبری، اسکن و نفوذ، ارسال اسپم و سوءاستفاده از شبکه
• دانلود/آپلود غیرقانونی، نقض کپی‌رایت و هر فعالیت خلاف قانون
• استفاده تجاری سنگین یا خودکاری که به زیرساخت آسیب بزند (مصرف نامتعارف)

مسئولیت کامل نحوه استفاده از اشتراک خریداری‌شده با کاربر است.

۴) مدت و ترافیک اشتراک

اشتراک از لحظه تحویل فعال است و پس از پایان مدت یا اتمام سقف ترافیک — هرکدام زودتر برسد — از دسترس خارج می‌شود. ترافیک مصرف‌نشده به دوره بعد منتقل نمی‌شود، مگر در «تمدید» که سقف ترافیک پلن جدید به سقف فعلی اضافه می‌شود. تمدید، ترافیک مصرف‌شده را صفر نمی‌کند.

۵) تمدید

تمدید با همان پلن اشتراک انجام می‌شود: مدت پلن به زمان انقضای فعلی (یا به امروز، اگر اشتراک منقضی شده باشد) و ترافیک پلن به سقف ترافیک اضافه می‌شود. اگر پلن اشتراک از فهرست فروش حذف شده باشد، تمدید همان پلن ممکن نیست و باید اشتراک تازه بخرید.

۶) موجودی و قیمت‌ها

موجودی حساب فقط برای خرید در همین فروشگاه است و قابل فروش یا انتقال به دیگران نیست. قیمت پلن‌ها دلاری است و ممکن است در هر زمان تغییر کند؛ تغییر قیمت بر خریدها و تمدیدهای قبلی اثری ندارد.

۷) بازگشت وجه

به دلیل تحویل آنی و مصرف‌پذیر بودن اشتراک، پس از تحویل موفق لینک اشتراک، بازگشت وجه انجام نمی‌شود؛ مگر اینکه اشتراک به علت خطای فنی BlueGate اصلاً ساخته یا تحویل نشده باشد که در این صورت مبلغ کامل به موجودی حساب برمی‌گردد. قطع‌شدن اشتراک به دلیل نقض بخش ۳ مشمول بازگشت وجه نیست.

۸) پرداخت و شارژ حساب

سفارش‌های شارژ ممکن است برای بررسی‌های ضدتقلب مدتی در وضعیت انتظار بمانند. زمان تأیید پرداخت‌های رمزارزی به تأیید شبکه بلاک‌چین بستگی دارد.

۹) تعلیق دسترسی

در صورت تقلب یا تلاش برای تقلب، سوءاستفاده، نقض این قوانین یا ایجاد ریسک امنیتی، BlueGate می‌تواند اشتراک یا دسترسی حساب را محدود یا مسدود کند. مسدودی حساب به‌معنای ضبط موجودی نیست و وضعیت موجودی از طریق پشتیبانی قابل پیگیری است.

۱۰) دسترس‌پذیری و کیفیت سرویس

سرعت و پایداری اتصال به زیرساخت، مسیر شبکه و شرایط اینترنت شما و کشور بستگی دارد؛ کارکرد بدون وقفه و بدون خطا یا سرعت مشخصی تضمین نمی‌شود. سرویس ممکن است برای نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی موقتاً در دسترس نباشد.

۱۱) حریم خصوصی

اطلاعات و سوابق فنی لازم برای ارائه سرویس، امنیت، جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده و پشتیبانی نگهداری می‌شوند و فقط در مواردی که قانون مقرر کند در اختیار مراجع ذی‌صلاح قرار می‌گیرند. BlueGate محتوای ترافیک عبوری کاربران را بازرسی یا ذخیره نمی‌کند.

۱۲) پشتیبانی و پیگیری

برای پیگیری هر مشکل، آیدی عددی، زمان خرید، نام پلن و شرح مشکل و در صورت نیاز رسید پرداخت یا تصویر خطا را برای پشتیبانی ارسال کنید؛ اطلاعات ناقص، بررسی را به تأخیر می‌اندازد.

۱۳) تغییر قوانین

این قوانین ممکن است به‌روزرسانی شوند. نسخه معتبر همیشه در همین صفحه منتشر می‌شود و ادامه استفاده از ربات به‌معنای پذیرش نسخه جدید است.

1) Nature of the service

BlueGate provides VPN access subscriptions. Each subscription follows a defined "plan": a validity period (days), a traffic cap (GB) and, on some plans, a limit on simultaneous IPs/devices. The subscription link and config are delivered immediately after purchase.

2) Account and security

You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and your devices. Any action taken from your account is considered to have been taken by you. Your subscription link and config are like a password; do not share them — a subscription whose link is shared publicly may be disabled without notice.

3) Permitted and fair use

Subscriptions may only be used for lawful, personal purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Reselling, publicly sharing or transferring the subscription to others
• Cyber attacks, scanning and intrusion, spam and network abuse
• Illegal downloads/uploads, copyright infringement, and any unlawful activity
• Heavy commercial or automated use that harms the infrastructure (abnormal usage)

Full responsibility for how a purchased subscription is used lies with the user.

4) Subscription period and traffic

A subscription is active from the moment of delivery and becomes unavailable when its period ends or its traffic cap is reached — whichever comes first. Unused traffic does not carry over to a new subscription; on renewal, the new plan's traffic is added to the current cap. Renewal does not reset used traffic.

5) Renewal

Renewal uses the same plan as the subscription: the plan's days are added to the current expiry (or to today, if the subscription has already expired) and the plan's traffic is added to the traffic cap. If the subscription's plan is no longer sold, renewing that plan is not possible and a new subscription must be purchased.

6) Balance and pricing

Account balance is only for purchases inside this shop and cannot be sold or transferred to others. Plan prices are in USD and may change at any time; price changes do not affect previous purchases or renewals.

7) Refunds

Because the subscription is delivered instantly and is consumable, no refund is made after the subscription link has been delivered successfully — unless the subscription was never created or delivered due to a technical fault of BlueGate, in which case the full amount returns to your account balance. A subscription cut off for violating section 3 is not eligible for a refund.

8) Payments and top-ups

Top-up orders may remain pending for a while for anti-fraud checks. Confirmation times for crypto payments depend on blockchain network confirmations.

9) Suspension of access

In cases of fraud or attempted fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or security risk, BlueGate may limit or block a subscription or account access. Blocking does not mean confiscating the balance, and the balance status can be followed up through support.

10) Service availability and quality

Connection speed and stability depend on infrastructure, network routing and your own internet conditions and country; uninterrupted, error-free operation or a specific speed is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance and updates.

11) Privacy

The information and technical records needed to provide the service, ensure security, prevent abuse and provide support are retained, and are shared with competent authorities only where the law requires. BlueGate does not inspect or store the content of users' passing traffic.

12) Support and follow-up

To follow up any issue, send support your numeric ID, the purchase time, the plan name and a description of the problem and, if needed, the payment receipt or an error screenshot; incomplete information delays the review.

13) Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated. The valid version is always published on this page, and continued use of the bot means accepting the new version.
